1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 거부
또박 (TTOBAK AI)는 "외부 서버에 음성을 저장하지 않는 브라우저 로컬 암호화"를 기본 헌법으로 합니다.
- 음성 및 비디오 파일: 사용자가 업로드하거나 녹음한 오디오/비디오는 사용자의 기기 브라우저 메모리 상에서만 즉시 처리되며, 회사의 중앙 데이터베이스 서버에 일체 보관되지 않습니다.
- 1-Page 회의록 데이터: 생성된 회의록은 사용자의 브라우저 로컬 스토리지(`localStorage`)에 암호화 보관되며, 사용자가 [흔적 0% 즉각 소각(Burn)]을 누르는 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.
- 선택적 입력 정보: 팀 이메일 주소록은 오직 사용자의 기기 브라우저에만 저장되며 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 개인정보의 처리 목적
- 사용자가 요청한 오디오/비디오 음성의 텍스트 전사 및 1-Page A4 핵심 회의록 생성.
- 사용자가 원클릭으로 자신의 이메일(Gmail, Outlook)로 회의록을 발송할 수 있도록 돕는 클라이언트 사이드 연동 지원.
3. 제3자 제공 및 외부 유출 0% 보장
회사는 사용자의 음성, 대본, 회의록 내용을 제3자에게 판매하거나 마케팅 목적으로 활용하지 않습니다. AI 요약 처리 시 데이터 학습에 사용되지 않는 전용 기업용 API 엔드포인트를 사용합니다.
4. 개인정보의 파기 (Zero-Trace 즉시 소각)
사용자는 언제든지 서비스 상단의 [🔥 흔적 0% 즉각 소각 (Burn)] 또는 [🔄 화면 초기화] 버튼을 눌러 메모리와 로컬에 보관된 모든 회의록을 단 1초 만에 영구 분쇄·소각할 수 있습니다.

Human & AI (G-LOGOS Group) ("Company") is committed to protecting your privacy and strictly adheres to global data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA. This Privacy Policy governs the use of TTOBAK AI services.
1. Information We Process & Zero-Server Policy
TTOBAK AI operates under a strict "Zero-Knowledge Client-Side Architecture":
- Audio & Video Files: All uploaded or live-recorded audio/video files are decoded locally inside your device browser sandbox. We do NOT store your audio recordings on central servers.
- Meeting Transcripts & Briefs: Generated executive briefs are stored only in your local browser storage (`localStorage`) and can be permanently obliterated at any time via the [Zero-Trace Burn] function.
- Address Book: Recipient email lists are stored solely on your local device.
2. Purpose of Processing
- Autonomous voice-to-text transcription and executive 1-page brief synthesis requested by the user.
- 1-click dispatch integration with user email clients (Gmail, Web Outlook, PC Outlook).
3. Zero Third-Party Selling or AI Training
We do not sell, rent, or trade your meeting records. All AI inference is conducted under enterprise zero-data-retention agreements where data is never used to train public foundation models.
